Titre : Introduction to a high resolution non-linear optical microscopy based on example of GenesisTM and it’s applications in anatomo-pathology

Résumé : Introduction to a high resolution non-linear optical microscopy method based on a non-linear biophotonic, dual-channel imaging techniques to map thick tissue samples up to a few hundred micrometers. High resolution optical sectioning, virtual staining, 3D visualization and user-defined perspective provides limitless imaging views of tissue sample architecture with no need for any staining. GenesisTM can be adopted into existing practice directly, and the end-user will not experience significant changes to standard protocols and require minimal additional training. The images obtained using GenesisTM clearly differentiate healthy and sick cells, and show an evident revelation of collagen, which can be an indicator of fibrosis or cancer. It was demonstrated that the results obtained with GenesisTM allow us to observe all morphological features that are required for the clinical diagnosis of the biopsy.
